Overview
PushToPost offers a 3-day free trial for all new users, with no credit card required. This trial period is designed to give you full access to evaluate whether PushToPost meets your needs before making a purchase.
Because of the free trial, we encourage you to thoroughly evaluate the Service before subscribing to a paid plan.
Subscription Refunds
All paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged after attempting to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- You experienced a significant and documented service outage that prevented you from using the Service during your billing period.
- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges).
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after subscribing (the free trial serves this purpose).
- Failure to use the Service during a billing period.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality — you can customize brand voice, reference posts, and use the approval workflow to control output quality.
- Issues caused by third-party platform changes (e.g., Twitter/X API changes, GitHub outages) outside of our control.
- Partial-month usage after cancellation (access continues until the end of your billing period).
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You will retain access to your current plan features until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Your account data (generated posts, settings, changelogs) will remain accessible. You can re-subscribe at any time.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@pushtopost.com with your account email and a description of your issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Since Paddle is our Merchant of Record, approved refunds will be processed through Paddle and credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
