1. Introduction
Welcome to PushToPost ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). PushToPost is a service operated by SourCode Solutions. PushToPost is a SaaS platform that monitors GitHub repositories for pushes, pull requests, and releases, and uses artificial intelligence to generate social media posts for platforms including Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Discord. By accessing or using our Service at pushtopost.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PushToPost. By registering an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Account Registration
To use PushToPost, you must sign in using your GitHub account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@pushtopost.com.
4. Service Description
PushToPost provides the following core services:
- GitHub Monitoring: Watches your connected repositories for push events, pull requests, and releases via GitHub webhooks.
- AI Content Generation: Analyzes commit diffs and messages using AI models to generate platform-optimized social media posts in your configured brand voice.
- Multi-Platform Publishing: Publishes generated content to connected platforms including Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Discord.
- Public Changelogs: Generates SEO-optimized public changelog pages based on your repository activity.
- Approval Workflow: Optionally review and edit AI-generated posts before they are published.
5. Free Trial
New users receive a 3-day free trial upon registration. During the trial, you have access to the Service with a limited monthly post quota. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue generating and publishing posts.
6. Subscription Plans and Payment
PushToPost offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Team, and Business) with varying post quotas, repository limits, and platform access. All prices are listed in USD and billed monthly.
Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT on our behalf. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your current plan until the end of the current billing period.
Due to our 3-day free trial policy, all payments are non-refundable once the paid subscription begins. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
- Generate spam, misleading, or harmful content through our AI pipeline.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, quotas, or rate limiting.
- Use automated tools or scripts to abuse the Service beyond its intended use.
- Share, resell, or redistribute access to your account to third parties.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models or proprietary software.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to your source code, commit messages, and repository data. PushToPost processes this data solely to generate posts on your behalf.
Generated Content: Posts generated by our AI are created for your use. You own the generated posts once they are created. However, we make no guarantee that AI-generated content is unique or free from errors.
Our Service: The PushToPost platform, including its design, branding, AI models, and software, is owned by PushToPost. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our Service.
9. Third-Party Integrations
PushToPost integrates with third-party services including GitHub, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Discord. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. PushToPost is not responsible for any changes, outages, or policy changes by these third-party services.
10. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
11. Limitation of Liability
PushToPost is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to PushToPost in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@pushtopost.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users via email or through the Service. Your continued use of PushToPost after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
